Crossroads Psychological Associates offers ongoing in person group therapy for high school students and young adults. 

Adolescent Social Anxiety Group- This group will focus on developing strategies for adolescents (ages 13-18) who have difficulty in social situations due to anxiety. It is open to individuals who struggle with anxiety in social situations due to a variety of issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders and neurodiverse individuals. Interested participants will be interviewed ahead of time to determine if they are a good fit for the group. The group will meet biweekly on Thursdays from 6:15-7:15pm starting in October. Young Adult Group- This group will focus on young adults (ages 20-28) who are in the process of adjusting to adulting, transition post-high school or college, independence, and increased responsibility. This will be a process-style group and topics will vary based on the needs of the group. Interested participants will be interviewed ahead of time to determine if they are a good fit for the group. The group will meet biweekly on Thursdays from 6:15-7:15pm starting in October. The fee is $100/session.
