Fear & Anxiety: A Conversation

On Facebook/YouTube

Date: June 5, 2020

Time: 7:00 - 8:00pm

Description: Fear and anxiety are at an all-time high - and we'd like to talk about it. Join us on Facebook or our YouTube channel as we host a conversation between Armando Lopez (M.A in Theology, Talbot School of Theology), Michelle Rader (M.A. in Theology), and licensed counselor Matt Otto (M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola.). We’re offering a Q&A session with a licensed psychologist to discuss strategies for dealing with our fear and anxiety. What are the warning signs? What can I do? How do I help someone I love who’s struggling? Be part of this open dialogue as we tackle the challenges of life. Come be equipped and encouraged! Invite your friends, grab some tea, and join us in conversation through the chat.
